Lulutask is an online service marketplace operated by OCEANWAVE PUPIL ART LLC, a limited liability company based in Los Angeles, California.
What we do
Lulutask connects people and businesses that need professional work done online with independent providers who offer it as a service. Everything happens on one account: you can buy services, sell your own, or both.
- Providers list the services they offer, such as design, software development, scriptwriting, video production and AI model deployment, each with its deliverables, acceptance standard, price per unit, delivery time and included revisions.
- Buyers choose a service and place an order. The provider accepts it, delivers the work through the order, and the buyer accepts it or asks for the included revisions.
How payment works
Buyers add money to their Lulutask deposit through our payment provider. When a service is ordered, the order amount is set aside and held for that order. A provider is paid only after the buyer accepts the delivery and a short observation period has passed. If the provider declines or does not accept the order, or the order is cancelled, the money goes back to the buyer's deposit, and the deposit can be withdrawn to a verified bank account. How we keep the marketplace safe
- People verify their identity, and organizations their business, before they add money, sell services or get paid.
- Our staff review every service, and every change to it, before it is listed.
- The terms of an order are fixed when it is placed, so neither side can change them later through chat.
- When the two sides disagree, our support team decides from the service listing, the work delivered and the order's records.
- Anyone can report a message, a file or a user from inside the platform.
We do not allow fake reviews or ratings, manipulated rankings, clicks or downloads, buying or selling accounts, payments outside the platform, or any service that breaks the law. Users must be at least 18 years old. Our Terms of Service list everything that is not allowed.
